Every great journey begins with a single step. For us, that step is the 50% deposit. This commitment allows us to dedicate our resources to your project and kick-start the development process.
Step 2: Securing Your Online Identity
If you don’t already have a domain, we’ll help you choose and register the perfect web address for your business. It’s your digital real estate, and we ensure it’s secured in your name.
Step 3: Creating Your Digital Home
We set up your hosting account. Think of this as building the foundation of your digital house. We’ll also create any email accounts you need at this stage.
Step 4: Bringing Your Vision to Life
This is where your website starts to take shape.
We’ll need you to provide:
- Website text (preferably in a Word document with clear headings and subheadings)
- Images, logos, and videos (easily shared via WeTransfer)
Don’t worry if you’re short on visuals – we can source free stock photography and illustrations at no extra cost, but it is always better if you can use your own. Need a basic website logo? We can create one for an additional fee, just let us know.
Step 5: Dressing Your Site
Now it’s time to decide on the look and feel of your website. You have three options:
A) Send us a detailed brief. (The more info the better).
B) Share links to websites you like for inspiration. (Tell us what you link and what you don’t like).
C) Let our creative team take the reins. (Our team will create the look and feel of your website based on our experience and the subject matter of your content.)

Step 6: Building Your Digital Presence
This is where the magic happens. We’ll design and develop your website based on the content and styling instructions you’ve provided. Development times vary depending on the size, scope and complexity of you website.
Step 7: Perfecting Your Site
Your feedback is crucial. We’ll send you a link to review the site, and you can suggest as many edits as you like. We’ll keep refining until you’re completely satisfied.
Step 8: Sealing the Deal
Once you’re happy with the design, we’ll send an invoice for the remaining 50% of the project cost.
Step 9: Showtime
As soon as we receive your final payment, your website will go live, replacing the “coming soon” page with your fully functional site.
Step 10: Handing Over the Keys
In the last step, we’ll provide you with a comprehensive handover document. This includes all the technical information, login details, and instructions you need to manage your new website.
